Reservations & Payments
You can book your stay online and pay the deposit by credit card for any reservation of multiple nights. At the time of booking, our system will automatically charge the deposit.
⚠️ Any request for a deposit refund due to a change in payment method will be subject to a €7.50 processing fee.
If you wish to book a single-night stay or prefer to pay the deposit using another method, please call us or use the contact form on the reservation page of our website.
Payment Terms
💳 Deposit (online credit card payment): 50% of the total amount at the time of booking.
💰 Balance: To be paid on-site upon departure.
🏛️ Tourist tax: €0.80 per adult per day.

Cancellation Policy
Unlike large hotels, cancellations have a significant impact on our business, as it is not always possible to rebook rooms on short notice. Therefore, our cancellation policy varies based on how much notice is given before your scheduled arrival.
If we are able to rebook your room(s):
We will refund your deposit, minus a cancellation fee of €15 per room.
We also allow reservation transfers—if a friend or family member would like to take your place, we will be happy to accommodate them at no extra cost.
If we are unable to rebook your room(s), refunds will be issued as follows:
Multiple-night stays: Single-night stays: No-show or early departure: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events and to avoid disappointment due to our cancellation policy, which will be strictly enforced.
